i saw on some thread about these Aeroworks CF splitters, was wondering if anyone has ordered from this japanese website before.

They look pretty good and cost 192000 yen. thats roughly $190 USD .

I can't read japanese of course but it would be nice if they shipped to North America.
Anyone get these before?

Or if it's sold here by retail any stores.
I think i saw J'zs or something selling it and it was like $400+ . but they said the fitment wasn't great. I assume the rep isn't as good.

I was curious about this too. Why is it cheaper on his website than it is on eBay. I like the splitter and was thinking about picking up a set.

I only found this set on the aeroworkz website but it's all in japanese

JZs is basically reselling JDM stuff which is the reason for the markup. I didn't realize it was that much though!

Still, I had some correspondence with him asking for more info on one of their products. Very helpful and friendly I wouldn't hesitate to buy these from him if it isn't possible to order directly from aeroworkz.

Ya its marked up 100% . I found another link that may allow us to purchase from. however, the default shipping quote for all items to NA is $600

i've emailed them to ask about the shipping cost and what is the more accurate shipping estimate for two small pieces like this.

Yeah, i found these on ebay about 3 years ago, but couldn't justify spending $470 for these small pieces of carbon fiber.

The markup isn't simply just a profit markup. There's considerable costs to ship items from Japan from freight to import tariffs.

i'm sure there are some costs and its not a 100% profit. just saying, its marked up double which is true.

but don't forget we're getting charged shipping too. and also since he's an authorized dealer, he probably gets a discount and not buying at the retail price... so , meh

if i were him, i would mark up that much as well.
