One thing, the body roll and excessive steering input needed is very noticable.
Coming from an S2000 which I had also taken to the same twisty road, this does not
inpire half the confidence.

While I love the space, comfort, and power, this handling issue needs to be addressed.

I had read about the F-sport front and rear sway bars, do you guys like yours?
What else can be done to prevent this body roll. Also, I need to turn the wheel way to much
to go around a 90-120 degree bend.

Also, anyone running aftermarket seats?

After driving with the sway bar, the car feels completely different and the handling feels absolutely amazing compared to normal. I've read its a lot of peoples favorite mod.

I think I will start out with the rear sway. It seems the front f sport sway is nearly the same as stock in stiffness.

Any way to tune the steering so its more responsive? Thanks for your input guys.

Just get the rear sway bar. It helps a lot, but you will still be turning your wheel alot. I currently own a s2000. The IS350 still feels like a boat compared to the s2000 even with the sway.

Yeah just get rear f sway bar
As for the steering response.
Get the 2012+? Isf steering ecu

I am trying really hard to not get an S2000 also, because I have only one covered parking included with my place and for the simplicity of owning only one vehicle
Plus they are a pain to find here in good condition and close to stock.

The 350 is a beast in a straight line compared with the s2k I must say.

Wow you have to get the whole ECU swapped just for steering.
For anyone that has done this, do you think it was a good buy?
Sounds like an easy plug and play mod if the results are worth it.

I drove the newer IS350 with the ecu. It was noticeable, but not significantly noticeable. You probably would be disappointed coming from a S2000.

I had sway bars, coilovers, chassis braces. That's the best you can do. It'll never be an S2K.

The car came with suspension, but the last owner wasn't
sure what brand it was (he wasn't sure of a lot).
Is there a simple way to tell?

the is can no way be compared to a s2k. those things are amazing in canyon runs

Still would be too heavy and not have a 50/50 weight distribution. Still would not have the direct road feel where you can put the car exactly where you want it.
