here is the 10k white. the biggest overall difference is uniformity.... oh and it's very white
what you have to notice about this pic V/S all the others is that it was taken in broad daylight and under a worklight also.

those arent lights unfortunately. they are cathode vaccume heat tubes. they burn a hot coil inside them and it produces light across 3 wires that run across the face. ghetto fixes for that are colored plastic tint. i wouldn't expect it to last long.
i'm very please with that "16" with stock red needles....Hot!! you have to see it at night to really appreciate it,(although it still looks really good in the daylight)- i feel like i'm driving a newer model sc!. The best way to describe the lighting is that it looks very much like the dash in the new es330 in the way it illuminates(hue and intensity). pictures just don't do it any justice. thanks B! i will post pics soon.

i need to change the burnt out bulbs in my ac display too. i read some threads on how to change it and dismantling the center console. where do i get color bulbs for the a/c console display. i searched all i found was. the ppart # for the bulb from lexus. but not how to change the bulb color.
