What is a retrofit?
It's what I got done to my car today! That's what!
Here's the link to the gallery but I'll cherry pick a few for the thread.

This is a shot of the OEM H11 projectors with an H11 HID kit. I started out with just OEM Halogen H11 bulbs. The HID H11 shown is just for comparison sake.
This is a shot of my new RX350 projectors with OSRAM CBI bulbs.
A comparison of the RX350 projectors (left) and the H11 Halogen projectors (right)
You can't tell really well but, the STI-R lenses are clear and the OEM Lexus lenses are dimpled/fresnel. Clear lenses put out light better. I think I read that Lexus uses dimpled/fresnel lenses so there is less eye fatigue on the driver at night.
Finished product looks straight factory.
Backside
The OSRAM CBI bulbs color match the LED strips perfectly!
Beam cutoff.
What is a dark knight?
Haduken! The joys of having both Halogen highs and Bi-Xenon projectors.
Hope you enjoyed the thread!

Looks good man nice work.
On my 09 SI I used rx projectors, clear lenses and made custom curbed shields. With the boosted ballasts ("45" watt, which weren't really 45 watts) the output was awesome! Better than my ap1 s2000!
One day I'll get around to doing this car. Thanks for the pics of the headlight internals. How tough is the glue on the lights? Some go easy and some take a ton of heat and wrestling (my corvette)
Anyway thanks for doing a proper retrofit!

The factory sealant wasn't so bad. It went pretty smooth.

Our vehicle doesn't have reflectors. It comes with halogen projectors and the RX350 projectors go in the same place with new holes drilled. It was pretty straight forward and not too many adjustments were made to make it all work. I used RX350 projectors, STI-R clear lenses, custom shields and Denso ballasts.

I have to drive with my fogs at night just to help compensate for the lack of width of the stock halogen projectors.
