Default Update: My ES300

It has been nothing but noobs with troubleshooting and maintenance issues for the past couple months.(Which is boring, yet exciting to see new owners). Figured I would spice up this forum with a few pics of my 4ES.

Sorry for cell phone pics.
Feel free to ask many questions!
Only future mod planned is a Tanabe Medallion Exhaust.

Nice ride, man!

Where did you get your trunk lip? That looks clean and I want one for my 4es!

Thanks! Believe it or not I got it off of eBay Motors from a store in Taiwan. I was blown away by the quality of the product and the paint job for the price. Color matched perfectly, install with 3M (comes on it). Search '2006 Lexus ES330' eBay Motors and you'll find some. They also make a roof lip, which I am still considering.

Looks amazing, thanks for sharing.

Did you paint the stock rims? Either way like the look a lot.
Did you switch the side marker lights from the orange to those clear ones? If so where'd you find them?

Always liked the look of the taillights on the 330 than the 300.

I've been thinking about the trunk lip myself. Great price there for a color matched part. Did you compare fuel efficiency after? I'm curious what difference it would make in either direction.

Not painted, but Plastidip Anthracrite Metallic coating that I can remove at any time.

Yes side markers can be found on eBay Motors a few pages in when searching/browsing. They are about 50 bucks. I added LEDs in them.

As far as the trunk lip it is hard to say lol. Around the same time I got new tires, oil change, air filter, etc so it has obviously improved.

As you've mentioned, trouble shooting posts are what bores me but still educational.

On a side note, it's like a breath of fresh air to see your car! I've seen your other mods but don't think I've seen your car itself. Lovin' the kit you have on too. Simple but still elegant that adds extra flare.

I have to say, even as one of the "noobs with troubleshooting and maintenance issues", your ride is SWEET! Haha.

Love the mods. Sutble and tasteful. Nice job!

Meaning I'm one of those noobs... upon re-reading my post, it could be misconstrued that i'm saying that about you...

Anywho SWEET RIDE!!

How about going all out on the body kit and getting the side skirts and rear bumper lip too? Your lucky you have the older bumper style where they they have an aftermarket front lip. There aren't any lip kits made for 05-06 ES330 bumpers with the round fogs.

I'm not a fan of black wheels, what about upgrading to 17-18's? A chrome billet grille would be nice too.

I may get the skirts and rear down the road, but it is a very long process to get the bumpers to me. These wheels look very gray/metallic in nature-not black. I don't like black wheels either. I like my grille better than any custom ones, or the 05-06's.

I would get different wheels, but I don't want to sacrifice any ride quality on this car, as much as I'd love some 19" Vossens.
