Which SoCal dealer has the best service dept? Caught Cerritos lying to me about my ventilated seats and my Mark Levinson sub woofer.

LOL, I hate Cerritos Lexus!

Everyone will have a different opinion on which dealership. For me it's Longo or Westminster.

If you go to Westminster call and ask for Pete Phat. He is a CL member and service consultant there.

I personally go to Longo. Jimmy Thach takes care of me every single time without fail and the tech's there are great. Longo Lexus is about 45 minutes away from my home, but the service is why I always make the trip out there instead of taking it to the other 2 Lexus dealers within 20 mins of my house. If you decide to go to Longo, ask for Jimmy Thach and tell him you are from Clublexus. Your car will be in good hands

Thank you guys. I purchased at Longo but went to Cerritos for service because of the convenience (I am in Long Beach). Now that I actually have issues to look at, I realize how bad they are.

Westminster all the way! Always go to Pete...just went to him today for an oil change. I told him I had to be some where at a certain time. He got me in and out pronto! Awesome service

Quick question. How are Longo and Westminster (Jimmy and Pete) with modded cars? I think my control arms are making noise and would like to take it in for warranty work. But not sure if they will try to blame the coilovers and refuse to service it.
