Can I say how utterly disappointed I am that IS350 RWD F-Sport 8spd will not be available with 15spkr Mark Levinson; LED headlights; Pre-Collision System; or Radar Cruise Control???

I also saw this list from the salesman. I am with you. Really disappointed how Lexus Canada makes the packages for 2014 Lexus IS350 RWD F-sport and non-F-sport.

PCS, , land departure warning and radar cruise control don't matter to me. However, Mark Levinson sound system does, especially the standard audio is now with just 8 speakers. Have to really listen to it to compare to the one (13 speakers) in 2nd Gen IS.

IMO, they miss the point that the 8-speed transmission, which is only present in RWD IS350, is a great unique selling point to the existing 2nd GEN IS350 owners, as well as anyone who cross shops with the BMW series. Why are they not making executive packages for RWD IS350???

Will the packages be improved in 2015?

I think I read in the various reviews that all F-Sport models will be getting LED headlights, so that's something.

The other thing missing from the F-Sports is the Clearance and Backup Sensors. Makes no sense that on the Executive Package you get Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Blind Spot monitoring, PCS, Radar Cruise control, but NO parking sensors??? Shouldn't all Lexus models come with parking sensors as default options by now??

Also, my dealer in Edmonton told me, that Lexus of Canada told him, the car would be available in July.

I don't see how you can miss the mark for wanting to put all that in a RWD.

I'm still waitnign to hear how it will go for the US, although i doubt it will be any different.

Hopefully its just Canada (sorry Great White North, maybe next year)

Canada's packages are often different from the USA, so don't take too much away from this if you are going to be buying in the USA. Plus the USA often allows special orders with specific options, so that's nice too.

Agreed. Headlamp washers, heated seats are typically standard or available in Canadian packages. For 2014 IS in Canada, they all come standard with the silver headlamp washers, according to the same package list I came across from the salesman.
