2014 Mazda6 confirmed for Paris Motor Show
The gorgeous Mazda Takeri concept is making its U.S. debut at the New York Auto Show, and you'll want to take another close look at it: it will "strongly influence" the 2014 Mazda6 that we'll see at the Paris Motor Show later this year. The next Mazda6 will also follow the Mazda CX-5 in the company's lineup of SkyActiv vehicles.
In spite of the 2014 model year, the 6 will go on sale during Q1 of 2013 and will feature the SkyActiv 2.0-liter gas engine that shifts through a six-speed auto or six-speed manual. Mazda says it is gunning to post class-leading fuel economy figures.
We will also be looking to see if it spawns a coupe, since the Takeri could make an equally beautiful two-door. If so, that isn't expected to happen for at least a year after the sedan bows, but recent events at Mazda have made such long-distance predictions exceedingly difficult

I am eager to see what they will do with the new generation. The mazdas usually look pretty nice and seem to handle and perform well. I wonder why they don't sell better

If the 6 looks even close to the Takeri concept, it will be the best looking in class and that's saying something, with all the new models like the Altima and Fusion stepping up their game design wise (among other things)

I have a CX-9 it drives so much better compares to other larger SUVs. My wife had the 1st Tribute. HOWEVER, the experience with dealer's services is way sub-par and the Mazda USA corporate does not care much about its customers neither.
I am very sure there is going to be no more Mazda for me. You can't make good looking and nice driving cars with ****ty customer service philosophy.

Simple, because Mazda sucks from Mazda USA Corporate to Mazda local dealers... This is speaking from experience.

So far the service department has been great. No issues, easy to work with. I know this can vary by dealership, but I'm pleased.
I hope Mazda does well with their new entries. They are the little guy on the block and don't have the resources of the big brands and need their new cars to be successful in the market.
