Default Recommended Rotors

I have a 97 LS 400 and was considering putting on some new cross drilled rotors and thought I'd ask for opinions.

Who has one?

What's good and best?

Thanks.

Use stock unless you upgrade the whole braking system.

Which would include upgrading the calipers, pads and rotors, right? or more....

Thanks

Yeah...it better be a combo that is designed to work with each other. You can ask Lvangundy about aftermarket rotors; he sure had plenty of fun with those

Sounds like an expensive endeavor.

Maybe I should find something else to spend my money on

Default rotors

Cross-drilled alone don't work on this car, I had them on mine for a year and the all warped stay with stock unless you buy a complete brake package ........................... the other guys are right!.......

I just ordered Cross Drilled Rotors, but I haven't done a big brake system. I recently changed my brakes a few months ago but didn't change my rotors because they were still good. Now my rotors seem to be getting waste, so I order a set of crossed drilled to check them out, and also I got a great deal on them. So as soon as I get them I'll let you guys know and tell you if I feel any difference.

Cool,

I'll be waiting to hear your feedback.

I want to get them mostly for cosmetic reasons because I have 6 spoke Einke's and you can see the rotors.

Thanks.

Same reason here, with my wheels you can see my breaks, so why not have nice looking rotors to go with it.

I installed the Rotors a few weeks ago, and I can really feel the difference. I tap the brake softly and the car responds really quick. I would highly recomend them. I got them from irotors.com
