Did you check the owner's manual?

That would have been my first source for information but I do not have one since I purchased the car used and one was not supplied with the car.

Lexus will send you a copy. Need to register @ Lexus Owners and request it. They will send 1 copy of the Owner's Manual.

Thanks for thinking of me guys... it's so nice to feel needed...LOL

Drivers side kick panel, 1st column, 4th one down from the top. But I doubt it's the fuse as it controls a whole lot more than the Cigarette lighter.

If you create/join an account on Lexus Owners https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home you have access to all the owners' manuals FOR FREE online.

Or just look at this partial one.

IN my manual the drivers kick side panel 1st column, 4th one down from the top is listed as multible including the cig lighter I think The one I mention
in the passenger side is also the cig lighter . I think they make a disticntion between the dash cig lighter and the power out let in the small arm rest consul. I remember once blowing my cig fuse and it was definitley the passenger side kick panel fuse I had to replace

My car is a 2005 cig lighter fuse is in passenger side kick panel is listed as fuse # 25 that would be second column second fuse from the bottom its a 15 AMP

Default Trickier than it seems

Second that. I had a similar struggle -- my lighter went out (just the lighter) and I checked the fuse in the drivers kick panel and it was fine. On my way to the dealer, I realized maybe there were two -- went to the passenger kick panel and that one was in fact fried. And it appeared to only impact the lighter. Good luck.
