Unhappy Air conditioning blowing hot, hot, and hotter .... help

I have a 2001 Lexus RX 300 and have not have much problems with it. Now just between drives one day the air conditioner has decided to heat me up. I went to Autozone and recieved the code P1139 but he said that had nothing to do with the air. I have checked and when the compressor kicks in the that is actually turning and the sensor by the radiator looks good but i am unsure what else to look at and ohhh i changed the cabin filter. Could it be some thing with O2 Sensor Heater Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2) or Front Right Oxygen Sensor Heater Circuit Range would that affect the air. Someone out there please help this is my only car to get to work in.

Barbara:

Your post is very confusing.

IMHO you really need to take your vehicle to a trusted mechanic and if not to the dealership. The information you posted here shows you to be dangerous with the knowledge you have. I say this for your safety and or doing something to potentially damaging the vehicle.

For AC, check the high pressure line from the compressor and see if it is getting cold and sweaty. Re-examine the cabin filter and make sure the air can pass through it (check there is no plastic or cardboard that would prevent air flow.)

For now, leave the auto-zone code, oxygen sensor stuff out of discussion. They have to do with emission (perfect engine operation) and if something goes bad, they will turn on the Check Engine Light.

Or may be the servo motor is stuck up only allowing hot air to pass.
I ran into opposite issue few months ago when my RX was not blowing hot air. Opening the servo motor beneath the glove compartment and just pushing the two grooved pulley's that were jammed fixed the problem.
But first please get your AC checked.

Open the engine hood and turn on the engine & ac come outside in front of the radioator look this clear glass connector next to the hose marked H any liquid moving or not. If nothing is there mean need freon. Last year i added this freon (pic). Mechanic could check if is there any leaks in the hoses. Here pics.

Thanks for the replys..I believe that the servo motor may be stuck and will check that next; as for the line in front of the radiator there is liquid flowing throught it.

thanks again guys.
i will repost again after my next check on the servo motor

I have read alot on this site and it was very helpful. Some stuff you read is confusing and I would never get into my car when I know it's over my head but I do have some experience with autos.

I would never do that. Everyones suggestions were very appriciated and helpful. I always want to (hopeful) that it is the most simplist fix and work my way up to the harder ones.

That confuses the heck out of me..

CEL and VSC have nothing to do with AC air duct diversion.

Did they go away as you removed the battery?

If and when they come back, have the codes read by an OBDII reader .. gratis as Autozone.
