Default What are the Smoothest Ride Tires?

I got a UL 2003. What are the smoothest ride wise tires. I have currently 225 55 17. I'm not into low profile and I just want something with a comfortable ride. Any recommendations?

I personally like Bridgestones, their Turanza Revo's are super quiet and great in the rain, I hear they have a new tire out called Turanza Serenity, I'd definitely look them up.

I like Michelin's. I had them on my LS 430 and they were quiet and smooth. I had the Energy MXV+4.

Go to tirerack.com and look them up. People rate them on their site.

I run the Michelin Primacy MXV4 and couldn't be happier, but must admit I haven't had a lot to compare.

Primacy MXV4. The best tires I have ever owned. Super quiet, smooth as silk ride. long tread life.

I replaced the OEM Dunlop Sports that were on the LS with Michelin Primacy MXV4. Dunlops were a little smoother and quieter but the Primacy tires are pretty quiet and smooth and handle better and feel more stable. Some folks have gotten the Continental tires and give them very good reviews. Either Mich or Conti is likely a good choice.

Michelin Primacy MXV4.... I had the MXM before and they handled better but were less smooth than the Primacys.

I won't buy Bridgestone because the EL42 on my van lasted 27K miles (the Michelins I replaced them with went 80K).

I'm going to go Primacy on next pair when my ContiProContacts go, but I've had good experience with the Continentals. Very quiet and handles fine in rain and LIGHT snow. Price wise is not even close...

I have the General Altimax HP's and have been completely satisfied with them. Smooth, quiet and relatively cheap.
