Very nice, thanks for the pictures and the write-up. Of the standard colors, silver was my second choice and it looks great.

Thanks for the joyous arrivals.

Quick thoughts.

The silver car side view confirms the key hole in the doors (I had been told this would be the case).

No plastic wrap on the crated cars, unlike local Japan deliveries.

The driver was wearing gloves. Gotta love the respoect given to someone else's dream toy. Half a dozen folks to just see if things are ok out of the box. I think the guy outside with the camera is Mr. Williamson, the national head of training.

I think all three have red calipers (a trend perhaps?) Two for sure have the dreaded shark fin from configuration 3 (silver and white ones). Does the black car also have the shark fin.

No headlight washers that I could see. Is this true?

Did any of the cars have winglets?

The silver car has red seats. Any more details about the interior configurations?

I noticed this too. It doesn't look like the black model has the shark fin. I ordered config II specifically because I didn't like the look of the fin.

The black one looks like it has the headlight washers.

Gengar, changing topics, what did they end up charging for delivery?

Also, will the dealerships have a different shop rate for LFA. Get this, Chevy dealers are charging a much higher shop rate for the Volt.

^^ At a quick glance....
  • The Black one has the Head Light washers, Tail Light Winglits & the Shark Fin Antenna is indeed present...

  • The Silver & White have the Shark Fin Antenna as well..
BUT NO Tail Light Winglets and NO Head Light Washers were installed and/or optioned in.

I think we know by now, these LFA's can be built just about anyway you like it

They Look Fantastically Amazing.. !!!

Silver is ridiculously bland. No character. The chrome like wheels look out of place on this car IMO.

Pretty damn sweet to see these getting here! Congrats to all the lucky owners!

All cars come to port in CA for uncrating and inspection.

The wheels are polished and that is one of the extra charge items like the headlamp washers and winglets (no chrome wheel option is available).
