Sequence for tire pressure in 450h
Can anyone tell me what the sequence is (i.e. left front, right front, etc.) when checking the tire pressure using the toggle switch on the steering wheel? I can't find it anywhere in the manuals
Thanks!
Thanks!

Anita, if it is anything like the LS which also has the readings, its that there is no particular order. The readings change in order when you rotate your tires. there was a discussion on this here
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls4...ng-system.html
Hope this helps you at least to begin searching for the order

RXSF, thanks. Kinda strange but I like having the feature. I guess I'll let out air in each one at a time to see if I can figure it out, after I get my tires rotated next month. In the meantime I'll trust the good ole tire pressure gauge.
I guess I should just ask you next time

Anita,
I thougt I saw somewhere in the manual that you cannot count on the sequence that it can change each time you start the vehicle. That would not be totally useless, you would at least know that you have one tire low/high and it would be up to you to find it. It would certainly be nice to know which one, but that might give them reason to charge an arm and a leg for the feature!!

Found this in the online manual:
Tire inflation pressure
Displays inflation pressure of each tire. There is no correlation between the order of the displayed values and the tire positions.
If the inflation pressure of any tire drops a certain amount below the tire inflation pressure value currently memorized in the system, the displayed values will be highlighted. It may take a few minutes to display the tire inflation pressure after the “POWER” switch is turned to ON mode.
It may also take a few minutes to display the tire inflation pressure after inflation pressure has been adjusted.
If the tire pressure warning light is on or flashing, a message describing the situation will be displayed.

Thanks Bob. I guess I will rely on the tire pressure gauge after all and just use the display every few weeks or if I suspect the tires are low. It's a little confusing to say the least

i have run flats on my 10 yr old Vette and 2 yr old BMW--the bmw tpm just tells me if the system is pass or fail-the 10 yr old vette gives me readouts front rear right left--old technology better.
Further if you have a flat on a run flat you will have a hard time noticing it immediately.
