P/S Power Steering out?

P/S Power Steering Went Out... (Ongoing Problems)

Alright, I'm lost, the P/S light went on in my car this evening and I have total loss of power steering.
I stopped at AutoZone and got some Power Steering fluid but can not find the reservoir for the life of me.
The manual does not say anything about Power steering as far as I can tell so I am looking for any direction I can get at this point.
Where do I fill up the reservoir?

UPDATE:
Dropped off the car at the dealership today and though they initially thought it might be related to the "steering recall" which I had taken care of previously this year, further investigation revealed that a specific computer which controls power steering had failed.
New one should be in tomorrow and I should have the car back by Wednesday.
All of this is covered under the warranty thankfully.
I will post again once I get the car back.

Overall a plesurable dealership experience from start to finish.

UPDATE
Its now been about two weeks since I had my ECU for the power steering replaced and since then it has temporarily "gone out" on two occasions where I had to pull over, stop and re-start the car to get the P/S to work.
Then...
Last night out of nowhere, I hop in my car as usual to leave work and as soon as I touch the steering wheel this (see video below) happens:
I cant even begin to explain how powerful the motor is that controls the p/s. Every time I opposed the direction it was turning, it would violently disagree and do 180 degrees in the opposite direction. I could barely keep the wheel still i If wanted to. If I was an old lady, the steering wheel could have easily broken my arm/wrist...
Anyways, I have scheduled an appointment with Lexus to have them look at it and I will post back with results later this weekend...

Wow, looks just like the machine they use to mix paint at the Home Depot.
Be glad that didn't happen while you were driving. I can't imagine what it would be like to control a speeding car with the wheel doing that!

Whoa?! that is not right at all! Just have it towed to your dealer and save that video to show them just in case it "magically" doesn't do it at the dealer. Out of curiosity, do your front wheels shimmy like that too, or is it just the steering wheel?

I only backed out about 10 feet while it was shaking and it didn't feel as though the tires were "shimmy-ing"... However, as soon as turned the wheel while reversing it defied me and did a full 180 degree turn in the opposite direction which defiantly turned the wheels...
