go from the front wheel wells, that's your best bet. turn the wheel all the way and gain space

Nice looking SC DIVX007. Sharpe looking wheels too. I've never changed mine so I'll be monitoring suggestions. rominl knows a bunch so that may be the way to go.

Congrats on your purchase.

You are in for a challenge.

I just replaced mine on my '07.

Raise one front corner, remove all bolts under the car that attach the corner under car shroud. Pull it back into the wheel well. Once you finally get to the housing itself, you must disconnect the plug, then you have to unclip the bulb which is snapped in then remove the bulb, reverse and you're done.
It is helpful to have a small mirror to assist you in seeing the clip that holds the light in the socket. Each side took me almost two hours. You'd think the second side would be easier but I had a much harder time with the clip holding the bulb in.

Yes...Lexus did NOT make it easy to change any kind of bulb in the front of the car. Some of the small bulbs in the headlamps and bumper require the bumper to be removed in order to replace the bulb!

it is also very easy to install the bulb incorrectly and yet still hear the clip click into place. Install quality bulbs so you don't have to do it again. Use a mirror to ensure things go together correctly.
Best of luck, I would rather R&R the rear end on this car than change the fog bulbs. Thanks Lexus.
