Question: I have a sc400 so i have a seperate high beam, would i have to get a seperate kit for the high beam, or would the 69.99 kit cover it?
You will require 2 kits if you want both your high and low beam to be HID. Unless your headlights has the dual beams, meaning both high and low beam in one housing. Only 4 bulb sizes are dual beams, 9003 (aka H4), 9004, 9007, 9008 (aka H13).
Each of our kit comes with 2 HID bulbs, 2 ballasts, 2 wire harnesses and wire ties and adhesive pads.

All factory HID are 4300K, depending the type of your headlights (projector or non-projectors) the color would be slightly different. Projector headlights would make the HID bulb color a little more blue. Good example is the HID on BMW, the HID is 4300K (yellowish white) but when looking from a distance the HID looks like 6K or 8K HIDs.
Our 5000K is white with tint of yellow. It's very close to the factory look.

Do you guys sell a relay kit? Is it necessary to buy one for IS350 fogs?
Yes, a relay can be purchased for $14.40 (after discount). It not necessary to use a relay for fogs. Having a relay is always not a bad idea since it will supply the ballast consistent power (12V) from the car battery.
