Another vouch for nigel here! I just got the USDM ISF Tails from him today. Was shipped really fast and came brand new sealed in toyota parts boxes. Pricing could not be beat...I almost got these in the group buy but saved a bunch on taxes (Texas) and shipping!!
Depends on how long you want it for. The Luxury Plate for 5 years is ~140/yr, for 10 its ~80/yr. $395 for just one year was too much for me. All info is here - http://www.myplates.com/Options.aspx
Kinda pricey, but so are IS-F Tails Gotta pay to play!

texas custom plates are that much???? seems like highway robbery, literally.
I was just complaining about paying an extra $25 each for my UF Gators plates on my cars.
Met up with Nigel last Friday to purchase the last set of USDM ISF tails. Great guy and very nice car (wanted to check it out but I was in a rush ). He actually insisted on opening both boxes to inspect before departing which makes for a good salesman! Installation was harder than I anticipated but now it should be easy. Curious what signal bulb are ppl running on their new tails? Right now stock but not sure if hyper white is too ricey. Looking forward to doing business with Nigel in the future.
