Brake TSIB for 2008 Owners Finally Released!
My 2008 Performance Brake Pads only lasted me about 19,500 miles.
They are done & down to the sensors in less than 13 months..
I blame Los Angeles traffic.. LoL..

The High-Friction pads are too grabby and at times in traffic very annoying. &
Yes the brake dust is annoying for me too.. even with my Gunmetal wheels.
The High-Friction pads also wear out much quicker and wear the rotors much quicker as well.
When compared to the Alternative brake pads.
Either way, these pads (both low & high dust) cost approx $60 at your local dealership..
For the record:
High-Friction Pad Part# is: 04465-30410
Alternative Low Dust Pad Part# is: 04465-30400
This low dust pad part number has been around since 2006.
I will be doing a pad slap this week & I will be giving the Alertantive Pads a try this second time around...
