Went to the drag strip: Video Inside!

Went to the drag strip yesterday. Very disappointing. For the life of me I couldn't break into the 12's lol. I tried several times all night and I was just getting consistant 13.0xx. I guess the 250lb system in my trunk isn't helping much heh. On one run(second run in the video), I almost got into the 12's when I launched the hell out of it, but I got some serious wheelspin so I had to let off a tad in first gear.

My best timeslip of the night:
R/T: .048
60': 2.277
330: 5.841
1/8: 8.677
MPH: 87.21
1000: 11.084
1/4: 13.078
MPH: 113.23

Rear tires: Michelin Pilot Sport 2 295-30/19 @ 42psi. I should of lowered it to get a better launch but the track was about to close so I just left it. It was about 88F out, not sure about the humidity.

This is what everyone's been waiting for. What do you have to do to break 12's? At least your car looks great flying down the track.

put some slicks on, that'll do it.. hehe, how much horse do u have , and yes take out the system.

Nice runs get a trans break and lower the psi on the rear and 12s here you come!Good runs!

Nice runs. You don't need to take out the system. The new, bigger turbo will solve your all your problems.

Nice video Jeff... The weather conditions didn't look that great with the track being wet.. That sure doesn't help with traction... Nice...
