I forgot to add that the car is completely stock. I took out the spare tire and the jack.
Also, I'd like to thank my wife for sitting in the cold for 2 hours and taking videos and pictures of me having fun.

Nice job oblivionis. If you don't mind I added your name to my drag strip journal. Your times and mph are pretty much on par with what I'd expect with the cool air and tail wind.
BTW.. you and toothdoc are both clicking off very impressive 60' times. I can now almost attribute that to your local track with excellent prep work.
Nice!! I wish I could get a 43 degree day to run. Have you posted at dragtimes yet? Your faster than me and I have an Intake & exhaust I guess its time to make my own cold air HA
Awesome run!!!! Too bad I wasn't able to go last weekend - it would have been really cool to go head to head - it seems like we match up pretty well too. Top speed, ET, etc. all are similar. BTW, did you just hit the gas or did you brake launch? Also, were you having traction issues at all or were you mostly pulling 1.9 - 2.0x 60 feet times last weekend? How did you fare against those 335s? I think one of them might have that turbo turner or something and the other was stock right?
Congratulations on beating my STOCK IS350 time!!! Now I'm going to have to go on T-day weekend to see if I could beat your time.
I noticed that on dragtimes, one of the guys posted - you raced against a 335xi with the turbo tuner and he ran a 13.151 with 104.29 speed and a 60' of 1.830!!! So, that would mean that a Stock IS350 is actually faster than a turbo tuned 335xi on a roll! Hmmm... I wonder what the other guy you ran with did...

I mostly just hit the gas; tried brake launching a couple of times but honestly I don't remember what effect that had on my times. No traction issues.
I ran with the stock (besides performance tires) silver 335i twice and I won both times. The first time he said that he forgot to turn off his traction control (although he hit the water box before the race) and the second time his check engine light came on towards the end of the run. Both times I was clearly faster off the line and he could not catch up in time.
The gray 335i coupe did have a chip. I only raced him once. I really put some distance between us in the begining but he was able to catch up. If I remember correctly, I did 13.4@103 and he ended up with 13.2@109.
Both of those guys were pretty cool and they asked me if I knew you. I told them that you might be there this Sunday.
I don't think any of those BMWs at the track were stock. The gray one is a procede and the silver one was probably the xi with turbotuner. If any of you guys from E90 post are lurking here, could you verify that?
Well I know with a $479 JB2R "chip" and race gas, the 335i can hit 113 in the quarter http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=96793 So not sure why the 335's you were racing were so slow if they were chipped.
