I have a pair of front black illuminated door sills in very good condition that have been well maintained, cleaned and protected with 303..

They are black plastic with blue illumination. Some light scuffs that are hardly noticeable just from normal wear

I not 100% sure which specific 2nd Gen ISx50 models are plug and play and which requiring splicing etc. so please research your car's compatibility.
