Hello everyone

I purchase this unit from Alibaba (Aliexpress to be exact),
Installing this was a piece of cake, it's basically plug and play, the toughest part for me was removing AC vent and center console.

The problem with this unit is the airbag warning light:
After i installed this unit, i noticed that the airbag light is on, and i made a bit of research on the forum, apparently the airbag light is an issue for the newer model of 2nd Gen IS250/350.

Back when flyaudio was in business, they'd be able to provide an "updated harness" that'll fix the problem. But, I didn't buy it from them, they don't seem to be in business in here USA anymore either. On top of that, the seller from Alibaba disappeared so i can't get any type of technical support or even return the unit.


I don't want to tap into the OEM harness,
i don't know any electrical guru that can help me with this,
and i don't want to spend a fortune for a professional (to charge me by the hours) to fix this,

so I'll just put this up for sale. I will put this unit up on ebay later this week as well.


For those of you that have the knowledge / passion / time to fix it.

Please note that I will not be able to provide you with any type of technical support, everything i know, i read it on the forum

It's an issue with the plug harness that is supposed to show the passenger airbag on/off feature, AKA the clock harness.

I was, and still am desperate to have a display screen,
don't really care about navigation, but the idea of being able to see radio info/song title/artist name etc, plus backup camera display... that's what i want!

if i have gotten the car earlier when flyaudio was still in business i'probably would have purchased from them back then... but o well, now i just want to make some of this money back, when i do, i will probably get an OEM navi off ebay and do the retrofit myself

By the looks of it, you have a 09+ ISxx because of the single wire harness behind the center vent...if this unit fits with your center vent, it will not fit a 06-08 ISxx because the vents are different shapes....just fyi...
