I'm looking to buy the 2012 headlights for my IS-F. I'm looking for the loaded ones. correct me if I'm wrong but the ones on my car turn while taking turns so I'm wondering if the 2012 do the same. Does anyone have or know of someone looking to sell them. I'm willing to buy them or trade. I make carbon fiber parts I can make you some stuff or trade you a new set of stock ISF wheels I have. never seen snow. they have about 10k miles on them. I will be posting pics up.

2011+ headlights wont turn while you're taking a turn due to not having AFS

I was told that the 2012 isf headlights do turn so that's why I was asking and wanted to make sure.

Correction, dont mean to bash anyone here. but from 07-13 ISX50 and 08-14 ISF equipped with HID headlights all come with AFS meaning auto adjust when you turn on your car and LEFT and RIGHT angle turn with steering. ( correct me if im wrong guys)

Correct. That is what I was told by the dealer but then again half the dealers don't know anything. hence why I came here to find out if its true because I found the 2012 of an isf but wanted to make sure they have the AFS feature.

The way to tell is if you look at the rear there's a small silver round motor in the middle of the rear housing letting you know thats the AFS motor for the headlights.

I have a 2012 and yes they do turn while making a turn.

does this feature of left and right turning of the headlights also come on non IS-F 2nd gens? because mine is a 2012 IS250 and has HID and auto levels up and down with starting of the car..

Yes it comes equipped on all AFS headlight unit on all toyota/lexus cars

Sorry guys I believe you are wrong.I have a 06 IS250 with AFS and I m sure that the new headlights with the led strip don't have AFS ,none of them.If you see in the DIY section everyone who has install them and had AFS is taking out the fuse in order to stop the dash light.Thats the reason I didn't bought them because I didn't want to loose this function.I wish they were though because I like them very much!

get led fogs those beam patterm seem wider than the stock halogens paired with 2012 led hl. A lot of people said they never notice the afs anyways

To clear this all up, Calvin and PAVGR above are correct.

2006-2010 HIDs Headlights came with AFS on the isx50 and ISF models.
2011-2014 HID headlights DO NOT COME with AFS. There is no room in the headlight for both the AFS motor, and the LED strip.
2006-2014 HID headlights ALL come with self leveling.

lol, i love ongoing conversation.

Like i stated before i dont mean to bash anyone or make them feel bad when it comes to stating opinions, but just to clarify on what type of Headlights are equipped with AFS and whats not.

ALL 2006-2013 HID headlights are equipped with AFS as thats a standard feature for all HID units

ALL 2011-2013 LED HID headlights are ALL equipped with AFS as they made it a standard feature for the LED headlights unit.

I believe the 2006-2013 Halogen headlights where the only units without AFS.

all Headlight units equipped with AFS all auto level Up and DOWN when the car is turned on. left and right with the sensing of the electrical Rack and pinion when turning. its not noticeable because it slightly moves left and right when you making and right angle turn and its only between 3-5deg of angle change when turning to compensate for the blind spots. and its even less noticeable when your fogs are on because of the wide spread of the fog light.

What you mean my brotha about the Fuse. you're talking about not connecting the AFS motor when upgrading from 06-2010 headlights to the 2011-13, LED headlights?
