I have had the headers for a little over a year. I'd estimate 10,000 miles driven with them. O2 sensor wires, gaskets, and bolts are included.

For me? Nothing because I have a guy.
If installed correctly there will not be a CEL.

Bump! The midpipe have been sold but the headers are still up for grabs for $750! These run over $1,100 new from PPE.

Having just installed a set of coated PPE headers myself, I can vouche for the quality of the components and they do what they say...they will increase HP on the top end.
I can also vouche Greg personally too.
