^I believe the 2011-2013 all have the eyelashes.

1600 seems quite high considering others have only sold for 1100~1200.

it has oem hid buld and ballast with it.

For a 2011 I think it's pretty high, I've seen mint conditions fully loaded for 1200$, you have a bit of a mark on one of the headlight edges. Not knocking your price, just telling you the trends in prices I've seen for these.
