Nope, brand new. I did take them out of the box to look at them but by the time I was ready to put them on I decided to go a different route. I'm going to go with the Seibon ones, if you check my build page, you will understand.

I'm interested in the Side Skirts, but they only fit 2007 - 2008 Lexus IS models?
