Have a set HKS Supercharger kit for the Lexus IS350 , and no problem equipped with the Lexus IS250. The supercharger in very good condition ,All the required parts have includes,No missing even a one screw. Dyno on wheel get around 300HP for my Is250.

Go with all the part ,Apex boost meter ,Step 2 Snow Performance, SC kit , HKS Intercooler .....
