switchback wiring as in the led strip flashes as a blinker? did you mod it so the blinker flash is amber instead of the white led? the flashing white led is illegal as a blinker just wondering
The lights came pre-wired that way when I purchased. The led color remains white. I had the lights on for almost a year and not once was I cited for the color.
Why is there duct tape on there, is there something missing?
The tape is there to cover the hole where the LED harness normally goes. It worked fine without it. Buyer will need to buy the wire harness if tape is removed.
