Is that yellow corner on the outside of the lens or inside?

The yellow corner is the entire lens, it seems it cracked on previous owner, so he tried to get it fixed professionally. Only problem is the person must not have added sealant to the corner. Im super **** about stuff like this but I wont lie, you cant really notice it unless u put ure nose into the light while its on the car.
