thats what my parts guy said at the lexus dealer
he even said this is ridiculous that it started to leak so early
if you want i can give you his name at the dealer i went to and you can call him to confirm
believe what you want, if there are really 70k+ on them, im not going to lie and put 20k, thats just crazy!

FWIW, I have a leaking rear shock on my IS250, and the car has 14K kms on it. In fact, the shock was leaking when I bought it, with less than 5000 kms. So its not inconceivable that a shock would leak at 20K miles
