I removed oem side skirts to make installation easier, rather than doing everything on the floor.
I'll try to post more pics later of jack points.

Just for clarification, I will not cut this piece for the buyer. I don't have the tools anymore to cut it, and I don't want to take on the liability of making a bad cut to ones liking.

Yes it does, just open the center part of the back seat for access to the trunk and it'll fit.
