OK - so I took them out of the box. Nevertheless, my plans for using them have changed.

Yes, they are actually intended for any IS-F, IS350, IS250, GS350 or GS300 with a custom or aftermarket exhaust that eliminates the cats, particularly if headers have been changed also.
