Its mounted by double sided tape. And is not included with the sale but is easily accessed at your local parts store. This is everything you need to get OEM factory XM/Sirius in your car. Works with your factory headunit. Only reason I am sellling is because I just upgraded to aftermarket headunit and dont need this anymore..

THANKS^ I got mine installed at the dealer and it did not have the "bracket" so its not needed and double sided tape will work just fine if not better.
