Hey Club Lexus. My car got into an accident several months ago and upon repair, my bodyshop ordered the wrong headlight model. The headlight was only on my car for about 2 days until I noticed that the LED strips werent matching (2011 vs 2012). The headlights do not have any bubbling at all and trust me, I know what they look like. I had my headlights changed twice already.

These do not come fully loaded. You will need to provide your own D4S bulb and ballast

Would these retrofit on an 06 ISx50 or would there be modding involved?

Yes there would be some modding of the wires to make the daytime running strip to work. I believe there is a small tab mod you have to do. It's somewhere on the forums though. Here's a thread of an 06 with 2011 headlights though. He has a DIY if I remember correctly
