I posted this in the is350 classifieds but I'm finding out it fit's the GS as well.
"This F Sport Front Brake Upgrade package offers responsive pedal feel and brutal stopping power. An opposed six-piston, fixed caliper design was optimized specifically for the vehicle. The drilled, two-piece, cast-iron rotors feature a patented internal fin design. Non-friction rotor surfaces are environmentally e-coated for maximum corrosion resistance and durability. The rotors are mounted on anodized aluminum hubs. Low-dust performance brake pads are included. The package is designed to offer high-power stopping along with reduced maintenance and simpler servicing. A simultaneous F Sport Rear Brake Upgrade is recommended, but not required.
Fits: GS 350/460; IS 250/350; IS C
Notes: Will not fit under Lexus 17" wheels or spare tire.
This part fits the following vehicles:
Lexus: GS 2009 - 2011
Lexus: IS 2011 - 2011
Lexus: IS C 2010 - 2011 "

I believe the front fits per thread below. It's only the rears that is having problems.
