The best upgrade you can do to improve handing/body roll is to stiffen the chassis by upgrading the front sway bar and rear sway bar. Some sway bars are hollow, so a solid bar is considered an upgrade because it will flex much less under stress. Other OEM sway bars are solid, so the upgrade would be to a bar larger in diameter.
The next best upgrade would be lowering the center of gravity on the car, which can be achieved by lowering the frame using suspension upgrades like coilovers, shocks and springs, or air suspension. If you want to compare these coilovers against others, you'll see that BCs seem to be the best in that price bracket, based on user reviews.
After that you'd be looking at other various parts to stiffen up the chassis, things like chassis underbraces, etc.
