I have a question. If I purchase this set of calipers, do I have to change the size of my rotors on my IS250? I just purchased a set of rotors.

Yes the rotors are too small and you might trim the brake shield or also get the part from a 350

A new set of rotors from amazon might cost $150 and some used shields $30-40 ea. or you could just trim the shields too.
