Is it easy to remove my ballasts from my 07 factory HID headlights? Also are they exactly the same in terms of fitment?

Search on youtube for lexus is250 ballast changing to see how hard was it. As for the fitment, they are the same with 07

I keep my car clean as most of the time (dust of my car everyday, wash it at least one a week, quick wax or detail one or two between wash to wash)
