Selling my full replica ings lip kit (PFRP Material)

Front lip have scratches underneath from the car sitting low

I will be in Tampa early July and wondering what the amount to ship it would be ?
Also, does this kit sit any lower than the vertex to your knowledge? Can the side skirts be placed on without the original sides?
This is the nextmod kit correct?
