DDM Tuning HID Kit
I have a set of DDM tuning 4500k HID kit for an H11 bulb set and it has the ballast and the bulbs, only had about 115 hours of use as the car was never really driven. I'm looking for $45 with shipping included in the US only. Although it 4500k it looks more white with a hint of blue, I will post up some pics when I get home.

No they are 35W the 55W would burn through the lens. I'm in the Boston area.

fyi 55w is stock halogen bulb wattage...
