FS - Vaistech ML+

Up for sale is a used Vaisech ML+. I'm including the component cable from Apple. This unit is working flawlessly. I'm selling it becaue I've upgraded to the iPhone 5 and this unit does not work with it. $300 and I'll include shipping.

Does this also allow for the navi menus and DVD player to work while the car is in motion?
