I got a good deal on a case of Red Line Lightweight Gear Oil (75W80). It is the same formula as their current 75W85 gear oil (you can confirm on there website....it's there in black and white). It is what Red Line recommends for the diffs in IS350s (pls confirm for yourself on ISF and IS250). The IS350 takes 1.5 quarts (they come in quart containers) so 2 bottles. I'll sell you 2 for $20 (plus shipping). They will normally run you $13-15 per bottle (plus shipping).

I bought a case because I thought I coud use them in my Landcruiser too, but I was wrong....
