Once you have it in hand, the cluster can't be reprogrammed for actual mileage. You have to order it from Lexus with the mileage pre-programmed (after you fill out odometer disclosure attestations and forms). The only thing you can do is "run" it to increase the mileage shown. A saavy tech would be able to do this by playing with the current fed to the cluster - but it would take a long time, since the mileage would have to scroll up to the desired number.

How would it be programmed? I ordered it online from Sewell? I didn't provide vin or anything of that sort.

Sewell can't program it either. THEY would have to order it with the mileage pre-programmed from Lexus.
