The GFX tips are angled for the gfx rear lip. They are chrome and replace the stock black look. I am not sure exactly how the 2009 tips look, do you have a picture?
IMO it looks good. I put another pair on my gf's car. Sorry I dont have a pic. You can search and im sure find a picture. Black exhaust is just so dull and takes away from the car. No one will notice they are slanted, just that they are chrome and look better than stock...my 2 cents
