I believe these are AP2 tips. Look at the inside. The black is removed but the shape is the same.
Here's an example of the Si tip.

This tip has a stamped metal insert inside of the tip.

Still not it.
Look at the vertical spacing from the exhaust opening to edge of the tip. Now compare that to the horizontal spacing from the opening to the tip. The dimensional relationship on the Accord tip is different than the tips pictured.
But you guys are right. These are not AP2 tips. I took a look at my AP2 tips and they had the stamped black piece inside. I also confirmed with other FS threads for AP2 tips and they do not look like the above picture. OP you may want to research what tips these are and change the description.
