Yeah, you read that right... I just need the clip that holds the ISF intake box together. When I bought my car from the dealer (non lexus dealer), I noticed it was missing one of the clips on the intake. They haven't found me one in over a month so I'm reaching out to you guys now.

Here's the exact clip that I need (found the pic on google and added circled the clip):


If anyone has one thats willing to sell or give it to me, please let me know. I'll cover shipping costs as well.

Sewell finally got back to me and told me that they don't sell just the one clip by itself and I would have to buy the entire intake filter box in order to get that part....no thanks!

So my search continues

You should just go to a salvage yard and look through toyota's or other models. These type of clips are all over and not specific to the IS-F.

Toyota or Lexus should have it.
Shouldn't the place where you bought your car be looking into ordering one for you. Give them the dealer's phone number and tell them to place an order for you. You did not pay $5 or 10K for this car. They should be able to spend $20, 30 for clip.
Where are then looking for it? At junk yards???

One of my clips fell off as well. According to my dealer the clips arent't sold individually and you need to buy the entire airbox if you want to replace it.

I had one missing clip off my fsport intake on my is350. Had to buy a new intake box. But sold the used one on here even with missing clip. Had multiple offers.

That's where you are wrong. The clips that come on the is350/250's are smaller than the one that comes on the ISF. I bought my F used at a mitsubishi dealership and they called Lexus to inquire about just buying the clip. As Sewell has stated, Lexus does not sell the clip by itself, and I would have to purchase the entire air box for $700+ if I wanted just that clip. I doubt any salvage yards will have a wrecked ISF sitting there...unless some one knows of one.

Your opinion, Lexus/toyota isn't going to make a one off clip for an airbox. GL in your search, just trying to give you an option.

Not my opinion, just a fact...the dealership I bought the car from also had an is250 sitting in the lot. They tried pulling the clip from that car and it simply didn't fit and it wasn't the same size.
