I only have the bulbs with wire harness, you would need the ballasts.

the black headlight housing comes with the outer glass right?
and is it possible to easily take off the housing of my headlights and switch them with your black ones?
btw where in virginia are you located?

Yes its very easy, the black houseing is held on by 3 screws if I'm not mistaken, and one clip. I am in Chester, VA....20 minutes from Richmond, VA.

if i drove to you would the price be any cheaper?
and if so are you willing to do the swap? because i have absolutely no idea how to.
if thats too much trouble i can always just look up a diy on the forum
