WTB:IS350 OEM Sirius XM tuner kit and mounting kit for 2007

I would like to buy the OEM Sirius XM tuner and mounting kit for my 2007 IS350 with ML packaged.
Parts number are
86180-0W030 XM receiver
86100-0W220 Mounting kit

I can not seem to find any dealers that still carry these item. If anyone knows anyone selling used or new kits please let me know. Thanks in advanced.

bump.
Any idea how to add XM and still keep stock look. I really don't want the extra clutter in my car like exposed tuner, aftermarket antenna ect... I have the ML package with the shark fin antenna

The XM unit is connected to the amp in the truck area. You won't see any extra wires since it will be covered by the truck interior panels. It's a pretty simple procedure in hooking it up. You'll just have find someone selling a used unit.

He's referencing third party units. There is one that plugs in the back by VaisTech, they will probably chime in and plug their product again. Great alternative to OEM, they have an adaptor that connects to the OEM antenna if I am not mistaken.
