Super easy, just pops out of the dash and has a conector plug on the back... Just unplug the stock one and plug this in...done!! I can do it in a 2IS under 5 min.

Sure does, just like the F-sport **** makes the gears change faster and Junction produce accessories turn your car into a Bentley!!
